are there nice condos in Concord? If we move to the area I don't want a house since we will be empty nesters. I remember Concord as being very nice when I lived in the area( Natick and Boston) in 1978-1981.
I don't want to live in a town house community geared to singles and people who can't afford a home. I want a nice townhouse or condo with access to shopping, running trails and other 50 ish people like us. |

thanks Puffle.
don't know if we will be moving but I am researching options. I feel we could downsize even if my teenage son commutes to college and lives with us. This won't be until summer 2009. I just don't want my husband to take a job if we can't find an area we would want to live in. Honestly I loved the Boston area when I did live there. I loved living in Boston and loved the Natick and Framingham area too but I am sure it has changed. I am a runner and want to be where I can have easy access to safe running and a good club where there are group runs and social networking with runners. I hate to move from here because I have wonderful friends and my other two sons would still be here so hard decisions to make in the future. Enjoy spring when it comes. It always does. |
