Kerby, the 2008 tax rate in Leominster (pronounced Lemon-ster OR Lemon-sta BTW
) is $11.25 per thousand. So if a house is priced at $260K, it's probably going to be assessed quite a bit less, maybe in the 240K range, so taxes would be around 2600 or 2700 a year. Hope this is helpful ![]() |
