Default Activities in Newton

Hi all,

We are considering relocating to Newton. Just wondered if anyone has thoughts on it. FYI we are a young family (3 kids 10,7 & 5). We tend to be active, so the I am looking for a town with tons of activities, facilities for classes, swimming, tennis . . .

Thanks

Default Lots to do in Newton

Check out Cold Springs Park in Newton. It has a couple miles of trails including an exercise trail, some soccer fields, and public tennis courts. They have a weekly farmers market there in the summer.

There are several different places to swim in Newton, but the only one I have experience with is the Gath Memorial Pool. Its an outdoor pool, but it was fine - not too crowded.
