Hi all,

Just curious, I would like to hear from you based on your experience, this is a generic question for my information.

If you have been given a ticket, you request a hearing, you lose at the clerk magistrate, you request a court date before a judge, here: Do Citing Police Officers usually show up? Is it worth it for them?

Please speak of your own experience, I know that does happen a lot, but has it happened to you?

PS: I know that Citing Police Officers are not present at the Magistrate hearing, but I was referring to the Court Date before a Judge.

Thank you!!

Why are you creating new threads? You can just add on to one of your existing 2-3 threads on the same topic.

They don't have to show up. There is usually a cop who has court duty for the day and can represent all of the cases
