I feel like most of y'all have to be at least 45 years old, and my just because you guys keep calling it 'pot' like a scene from that 70s show....I don't get why his bothers you..it has nothing to do with you. If you're biggest worry in life is maybe smelling weed or seeing someone smoking what you think is weed you're truly blessed. This is like the gay marriage hung in slow-mo.

"POT" for marijuana is like "Booze" for alcohol.
Both the terms POT and booze are not going anywhere. They temporary fall out of every day public lexicon than they resurface. Take "booze" or "drunk". Not too long ago in forums if you wrote "booze" or "drunk" in a forum you would get something like this ***** Like they were swears. Or your post got deleted or banned. Now they are back, allowed.

Also,I just places "pot" in a google news search to see how many hits would come back for the past month in news articles the term was used. Result, 4,530,000 hits for news articles in the country that contained the word POT.

POT is still boss for POT

But why all capitals? You still haven't explained that. You don't write BOOZE.

I don't want want to scare you away, but seriously, what are you doing here? I'm 39 and feel like a youngin' on most of these threads. It's nice to have a young locals perspective on things, so please stick around, but this kind of forum skews old and socially if not politically conservative.

Now, surely your not going to say the only Mass communities one can buy into for under $300,000 are the very pro POT, undesirable Mass communities.
I'm sure you'll be able to find anti-pot affordable homes in Massachusetts, but not in Westwood. It's too close to Boston and the schools are too good. If you don't have kids it's probably not a good value, taxes are pretty steep. That goes even more so for sharon, which is at least a little more affordable but has higher taxes.

Also, I'm serious about the skunks.

Walking around Harvard Square the people I see smoking up out in the open aren't exactly the cream of the crop by a long shot.

Having a state full of people that are happier, more relaxed, more open and accepting of others and less likely to get into fights in a state that is generally full of uptight, angry people....yeah what could be so great about that?
