Sacred Heart - Kingston
Does anyone have any experience with Sacred heart in Kingston? Wondering what your experience has been and if you'd recommend this school? Pros / cons, any information would be appreciated!

I went to Sacred Heart for elementary school and I loved it. Unfortunately, I was a little bit of a problem when I was young which is why I left and didn't go to high school there. I can honestly say I loved it though. Going from there to a public school was definitely a culture shock.

What do you mean by culture shock? Maybe you were too young to recognize it, but what do you think of the level of education, as compared to public and where did you go to public, if you dont mind my asking. Thanks!

Well going from private school to public was a culture shock because the quality of the kids is much higher in private schools. I think it's because most kids parents value education and are willing to pay for their kids to go to private school. Also, I found most of the parents to also be educated and successful so I think they're better at raising their kids overall. I remember the level of education being great. I went to public school in Marshfield.

Not a problem. Bear in mind, even though I said I feel parents who send their kid to private schools, there are still parents who are not good at parenting who send their kids to private schools and great parents who send their kids to public schools. I think a lot of it has to do with affordability. I feel if a parent can afford private school, send your kids there. I didn't like public school at all.
