Default Westford might fit...

Hi AK
A number of towns come to mind, but I'm going to assume that you're wanting to stay in Massachusetts for tax reasons. Although you can get lots more house for the $$ in New Hampshire, the tax situation would probably be an issue (it would be for me) to pay Mass. income tax on both salaries, plus NH property taxes. That said, you might want to consider Westford which would give you easy access to Route 3 to get to Merrimack. I guess you are used to seeing the loads of traffic coming down from the Nashua area in the AM, and going back up in the PM, so you'll continue to be opposite of that. Getting to Lawrence via 495 in the AM should also be a piece of cake (again, considering the traffic on the opposite side of the highway). Westford has alot to offer a young family, and the prices are not nearly what they are just a bit further south. Westford right now has a couple of rentals available, in addition to MLS listings, you might checking out craigslist.org as well. Best of luck in your searches!

Thanks for info

Yes I am more keen on Westford based on the feed back and input from other links on this city data. Commute will be better for both of us.

Other option I was looking be in Andover and I only drive to Merrimack.
Not sure how if the drive from Andover to Merrimack during office our.

Westford, I am not sure any rental community available. Craglist, I have already checked. My info on rental property or community will be good help at this time.

Second I am more interested in buying new construction (Westford) if any thing is coming up or already started (not sure any new property is coming up). Or at least just three four year old house also.

Any info on that also appreciated.

Have you considered Merrimac, MA. It's a little more south than you might consider, but it's a great community for children. It's part of a fantastic school system as well.

Merrimac, MA (Amesbury too!) is a great place to be, but I've a feeling that the AM/PM commute from Merrimac to Merrimack might be problematic. South on 495, north on 93, south on the Everett Tpk, would probably be an hour, at least. The thing is, Merrimack NH is sort of difficult to get from anywhere east of the Merrimack River in NH, because the only bridges are in Bedford and Nashua. It's really sort of a pia unless you are coming from south or west...
