Will I receive a fair decision from MCAD if I was treated unfairly by my female boss and I am male.

I filed a complaint and there were two previous employees who didn't like working for this manager as I reached out to people after I found out that the job was misrepresented.

I have the original job description and the one I received after I started that was completely different but the woman at MCAD said there was no difference between them when there clearly is substantial difference. This woman who evaluated it went to Harvard Law and Yale as an undergrad and she could not see that? We also got the personnel file and there were some red flags there. There was one comment that someone should speak to the manager as the previous person had only been there for 2 months.

Will I lose this case as MCAD favors women and the ME2 movement implications?

Sometimes bosses are just dicks. And they may be unfair and unreasonable. Having such a boss and suffering for it doesn't necessarily mean the boss has actually engaged in discrimination on the basis of a protected classification.

You have to do more than prove that you are a male, she is a female, and she did something bad. You have to show that her bad act was motivated by animus against you for being male. There isn't enough information in your post.
