The behavior she criticizes about corporate executives is no different than her own behavior in the political and academic arenas. She is nothing more than an opportunist and people who claim she stands up for powerless people have blinders on.

Thank you. All the "she stands up to the big bad banks blah blah blah"...TELL me about all the bills she spearheaded, all that great legislation of hers "standing up for the little guy!". I'll be here waiting...

All this anger towards banks stems from the fact that they got away with murder during the financial crisis.

Why wasn't she shaming Obama on a daily basis to jail the CEOs? Why wasnt she shaming clinton over being silent while she was running?

Exactly, none of the democrat politicians ever punished the misbehaving bankers but they sure did add a tremendous amount of regulation that makes life harder for everyone, corporations and individuals alike. Honestly though, neither political party was willing to actually punish those who did wrong.

I like to look at the big picture and that for me is who can we Democrats get to beat Trump in 2020? While I like Warren and if push came to shove I would vote for her, she cannot beat Trump. I was living in OH when George McGovern ran for President...and I voted for him......LOL

Like her on not, she will not be happening.

Really? I thought that when she was running to be re-elected as a senator, she promised that if she won again, she would be focused on working for the people of MA as their senator and not abandon her post to run for president.

Even if she loses her bid for president, she will have wasted a lot of time and energy pursuing a primary nomination, and that takes her away from what she owes her MA constituents. There are only 24 hours in a day.

Plus Kamala and Beto have captured a lot of public interest and speculation as potential Democratic candidates. Warren's time has come and gone, much like Hillary. I think that the the liberals like their candidates younger and hipper.

If Trump is re-elected in 2020 I doubt we will have another baby boomer president. By then the oldest of the boomers (1946) will be 78 and the youngest (1964) will be 60. I think the millenial generation has a general distaste for the baby boomer culture.
