RItoMAschoolmove is on a distinguished road
Default Any positive school experiences to accomodating child in Holliston, Medfield, Cohasset, Wellesley, or Lexington?

We are considering a move from RI to MA and possibly changing elementary age twins from private to public school system. We need to know if any of these towns have good school systems with 504 plans for accomodating one of the twins. We are having no success with the private school in Newport although we are paying for a morning aid, language aid, and occupational therapist for one of the twins. He is too tired to attend school until 9 or 10 am every morning although BCH can't figure out what is wrong with him for 2 years now and the only thing we have not changed is the school during this time. The therapists are needed because he misses the morning instruction daily and we have not previously qualified for any public assistance since he is fine after 10 am. Any suggestions for a good public school system that might be willing to accomodate a child like this and yet be advanced enough for the other twin that is considerably ahead of his peers and needs mental stimulation? This would strictly be a school related move, town and finances are secondary. We have briefly visited the towns of Cohasset, Medfield, Wellesley, Holliston, and Lexington. Anyone familiar with dealing with these school systems?
