Dunno. But decently less than $1700, I'm guessing. Just because they put lipstick on a pig doesn't mean they'd attract any theoretical luxury buyers out there that far out.

Dude have you ever even been there? It's a very desirable town, and close to a lot of employment. Are you confusing it with Westfield or something?

1700 for one person is a lot to ask in general.

I am of the opinion that the money made from being a LL is the appreciation and nothing else. The drawing down of the mortgage gets offset by the inevitable stuff that goes wrong from being a LL, esp when you are talking about the low end.

True, but this all goes for anywhere.

OK. Find me a comparable 650 sf 1 bedroom apartment in Westborough for less than $1,700/month. I don't believe you can do it.

You are correct. Course the demo that would be interested in a unit like this at 1700 isn't living in Westborough, so it evens out. What do you think Section 8 would pay?

You don't have a clue what you're talking about. Westborough is ultra sterile 6 figure STEM employed land. Any rental there will likely be gobbled up by a professional. Almost no Section 8. Are you confusing it with Marlborough???

We're talking about low end condos. Not SFH. The supply is pretty low but also is the demand. Marlborough might be preferred just simply because it would be easier to get to 128 at least.
