IMO it's a bad look when it's 80 degrees outside and the pictures have snow on it.

It is right next door to a Whole Foods and in a busy part of town. Shared driveways are a fact of life, but the busy road would give me some pause for tandem parking. That said, I'm not sure what else is so wrong with it to drop almost 100K since Feb. I wonder what they're finding on inspection.

As to why it's not selling, it's a 1930s 2fam that they are still asking for 800k. Maybe the first floor is owned by a slumlord.

Well, to be fair you’d be paying that or even more for a floor in an old two family in Dorchester or Roxbury.

Wonder what happened here... bought an SFH way above asking at the end of February and was put back on the market 3 weeks ago. It's not selling so they have cut the listing price down to what they paid. Doesn't look like a flip either.

Wow maybe they really enjoy working with the bank.

Maybe they got caught up in 'winning' the bidding war and it's an unfortunate case of buyer's remorse?!

Could be a double whammy of getting recalled to the office and facing either over an hour commute each way or spending over $600 on two MBTA passes and also realizing Framingham isn’t that great of a town, especially at $700K. Or maybe a triple whammy of the above and also dropping to a single income. I’m sure we’ll be seeing a lot more of these soon…
