Default Please help! Any info about Sutton / Grafton area

Hi! We are planning to move to MA with 2 young school age kids (ages 6 & 9) and we are considering a property on the Sutton /Grafton border. We know virtually nothing about the area regarding crime, schools, areas to avoid, etc. Is any part of Sutton or Grafton considered undesirable? If so, why? Any "inside info" you could give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

They're both nice quiet communities. I think the crime rates in both towns are quite low and they are very safe. You can check out crime stats and some basic school data at Massachusetts Town Information- MA Community data - Boston.com

Have you had a chance to visit the area?
