Default ???? about Hopedale and area

My family and I are considering a move back to Mass. We both grewup south of Boston, and want to be somewhat close to that area. I was looking at Hopedale, and it seems nice. Can anyone tell me anything about it? I have 4 kids, none in school yet, so I need to know about the schools, activities for younger kids... etc. Any information you can give me would be appriciated.

Thanks in advance!

Dawn

Your impression of Hopedale is right. Aside from an outstanding location (just off Route 495 next to Milford , as well as close enough to Boston and Providence), it has great schools. It is a VERY tight knit community. There's only about six or so sq miles to the town and the population is under 7,000. Hopedale High is a small, one-town only school with good academics and OUTSTANDING athletics as well. You will like Hopedale. The only down side is their VERY HIGH tax rate.

Yes, I am still looking for advice about Hopedale. It seems like such a nice town. Can you tell me about taxes, schools, and the general area? Are the people friendly? Are they excepting of new people and "modern things"?

Thank you

Dawn
