Grafton - Hassanamesit Village (houses, neighborhood, gated community)

We are looking at various places to move and came across Hassanamesit village homes. Anyone has input regarding this development in Grafton, MA?

Hello,

My husband and I just drove through there. I believe it is the complex that has the golf course too!

Well, my opinion is- it reminded me much more of a southern gated community w/out the gates! There is not much land between each house, and the golf course is literally on your doorstep. We prefer a yard and some privacy which is not how this neighborhood is set-up.

However, the good part is that the houses are gorgeous and the cost of the houses and the course will ensure a safe and wealthy neighborhood.
