Default South Seekonk

We found a renatl place in South Seekonk? Anyone knows about the area? It's Greenhalgh drive in Seekonk, and seems like it takes only 12 minutes to providence. Any info would be helpful. Thanks!

The southern part of Seekonk is generally considered less desirable than northern Seekonk because the big chain store retail strip is in the south. However, getting to Providence would be a snap from that street. That area is kinda sparsely populated - I'd check it out before committing to anything.

Thanks for your info.
The stree I found a place is Greenhalgh St. and it seems like it's a nice residential area. I am guessing that it's a safe area.

The southern part isn't necessarily less desirable.

Depending on what part of south Seekonk your street is on, you'll have different times to PVD. If you live behind the elementary school, your drive to 95 and then to PVD should take 10 minutes, tops. If you live on/near Route 6, your drive to PVD should take about 5 minutes depending on traffic.

The area behind the elementary school is your typically suburban neighborhood. Quiant, but alive. There's bundles of side streets and back roads to learn. Also, you can access back roads in Rehoboth and Swansea from south Seekonk so it's a fun adventure.

If you live near the movie theatres on Route 114, it's an okay area, but it's mostly businesses on Route 114.

If you live on Route 6, you're in heaven if you love shopping. There's so many stores and restaurants and tourist-y things to check out. And if you get bored of Seekonk you can head south on Route 6 to the Swansea Mall and take a scenic route to the Cape.

-I hope I helped.
