Ridiculous statement. It's the fourth largest city in New England, of course it has some level of crime - all cities do. Only suckers who believe the media hype (and who don't actually live here) think it's crime ridden. There are plenty of great places to live in Springfield.

Real quick, who said that Springfield is the 8th best city in the US? What the hell are you talking about? Springfield has improved since last year and has moved down on the list of most dangerous cities, but is no where near the 8th best in the US.
