Nissan2004 is on a distinguished road
I actually live in the Diamond District across from the beach. It is a great place to live! The streets are safe and the views are fantastic. Of course I agree with the others that if you have kids you might want to reconsider because of the school system. Otherwise, check it out...you will probably like it.

I live in the Diamond District across the street from the beach. This is a truly great place to live because the rents are cheap in comparison to other ocean communities and their is alot to do. The schools in Lynn are not so great but if you don't have kids you should look into the Diamond District. It is quiet, safe, and right on the ocean! Great in the summer time!! Good luck.
