Default Moving to Boston from London - rental tips

Hello,

We're a young family with a 10 month old baby moving from London to Boston in October. We're after a suburb/town that is family-friendly with local parks, walkable downtown, near Commuter Rail/T, and relatively affordable. We like the look of Melrose and Winchester and would appreciate any tips on finding an apartment/house to rent. Does anyone know any good realtors in these areas? Are there any good rental websites apart from Boston.com and Craigslist?

Any tips would be much appreciated!
