Default Basement Finishing Cost
We are in the market to get our basement finished. We have had a few quotes so far, anywhere from 13k-30k. We are Drywalling(painting the undersurface with waterproofing), putting in insulation and heat, electrical, and carpet for about 500 sq. ft.

Has anyone done a project like this recently, if so is the pricing that we are seeing typical of the area?

Just trying to make sure that what we are paying is typical.
