Hey, just thought I'd share my experience of relocation with 2 large dogs, and what helped in my situation. Sorry to have jumped in, I'll take your advice and hold my thoughts. Maybe the info will help a future poster, maybe not... Anyway, best of luck.

Either not bring both of our dogs in not a option so unless you can give me some constructive (ie places to look) feed back on the subject, please hold your thoughts.
Any constructive feed back on the area cities would be welcome.
thanks

My wife and I are also a young, (20 something) same-sex couple moving to MA or NH. My wife just got a job in Nashua. We are moving from Chicago, so we are accustomed to public transportation, fine dining, theater - city life. We also have a 3 month old son, and are planning to have more children so we are very concerned about the availability of second-parent adoptions in NH. I know that NH has civil unions which are basically the legal equivalent of marriage, but they have not officially ruled on second parent adoptions, although certain trial courts seem to be granting them. Please let me know what you discover! We will be moving in mid-May and going to NH to look for apartments/houses/condos in March.
