Smile considering moving to lee, ma

want to know how this place is, what is there to do. Don't have a car. how is the bus system? I live in north hollywood ca and most of the jobs seem to want bilingual. I don't know what to do for a job anyway now. too many bad experiences. I am pagan and unitarian universalist. is there something to do related to that? I want to rent an apt about a studio toone bedroom that is parakeet friendly. don't know how i could afford to move out there but i'd find a way. I used to live in PA for a long time and hated it. too many problems. Personal problems forced me out here quick.

The BRTA runs through Lee, once an hour, Monday to Saturday, about 7 am to 6 pm. It connects with much of the Berkshires though the routes are limited in scope, not like a big city. Pretty rural here.

Lots of culture in the Berkshires though, and a good library system, adequate services, schools and senior center. Not a lot of jobs off season, this area is still a summer resort area.

The rentals are usually more laid back and informal than in the cities, though it is hard to meet and make new friends. A bit inbred and polite to newcomers, not gushily welcoming.

If you can support yourself with an online job and are your own best friend, there are plenty of things to make it worth you while.
