Weight Loss Group
Looking to talk to people with the common goal of Weight loss. I live in the Braintree area and would like to meet some people that would really like to lose weight. I walk some local malls and also go to castle Island, Derby Street and so on... Anyone interested let me know.

Go go go go go!!!!! Good for you, it's great for your physical and mental health to make progress with weight loss.
I read an interview this weekend with a famous yoga teacher who said that our bodies are amazing machines capable of much more than we think. I found it really inspirational and think of it throughout the day.....

I love to hear people losing weight. I'm trying like anything to. I never had a weight issue in my entire life BUT forget about it now. I've been walking and walking AND walking and believe you me, it pays off. I'm losing it slowly but surely. It definitely pays off. I'm walking 3 miles a day, well....when it's not raining out I'm walking it. I wish this rain would go away, don't you! Bring on the nice, warm weather any day....it's almost the middle of June and look at this weather we have around here, it's terrible again this year.

Good for you, I have lost 126 in the past year 14 months... Walking, elliptical and weights... and of course eating right.
