Blighty is on a distinguished road
Default Holliston - Shopping Info

We are thinking of relocating to Holliston but are a little concerned as to having to drive miles to shops, restaurants etc.

How close is the nearest supermarket, restaurants, mall etc

Any information on Holliston and things to do in the area would be much appreciated.

Many thanks

Blighty

It depends where in Holliston you end up but there's a small family-run store downtown where you can get various items (better for meats and fish than produce and several choices of grocery stores in nearby Milford, Ashland, Framingham, etc. Holliston itself doesn't have much in terms of restaurants. There's a Bertucci's, a new Internet cafe opening downtown, a Chinese restaurant (not that great), a breakfast place (not the best either). We live next door in Sherborn and mostly when we eat out we go to Natick, Wellesley, or Milford (lots more good options there). But I love Holliston - nice, family-oriented community, cute New England style downtown, good schools, etc.
