Question Rent My House - Property Management Fees?

Does anyone have a clue what a property management company would charge to manage my 3-family? There seems to be no place to get this information, and the few companies I have called will not even give an estimate without meeting me at my home. I don't need the high-pressure sales tactics, I just want to know what to expect to pay on average.

The ground floor 2br/1ba is rented for 1700, second floor 2br/1ba is rented for 1800, and we're living in the top, which has a finished attic and is a 3br/2b (we're guessing we could probably get 2000 for it). We are in somerville near Davis Square.

Anyone have any idea what to expect?

Thank you!

I have rentals in Vegas and the management companies charge 10% of the monthly rent every month and the amount goes done for multiple properties. In my opinion too expensive for the amount of service they provide. I do it myself.

If you get a good one they are worth every penny. By a good one I mean a company that will take care of the prop as you will. they are few so that is why the typical opinion is they are not worth it. Typical amount is 10% of gross rent.
