Default MA Real Estate Agent Referral Fee
Hello,
I am a licensed real estate agent and have a client that is interested in renting an apartment. Due to certain circumstances I am unwilling to represent the buyer. I would like to know if I have the ability to charge a referral fee to the listing broker by offering this person as a client. If so, how much? Any assistance is much appreciated.
