For water you should get a water quality and water pressure test at inspection. For the septic system the seller needs to get a title V certificate that validates it's in working condition. That doesn't really guarantee how long it will work but the septic inspector can sometimes give indicators like whether there are any signs of corrosion in the components, what the tank is made of (concrete tanks last longer), etc. that will give you some assurance that the system isn't on its last legs.
