Default Needing help determining who lives at a certain address

Hi,

I am in the process of locating someone and need to know who lives at a certain address in Pittsfield, MA. If someone on here is kind enough to assist me with this matter, I will be extremely grateful.

Thanks,

Deborah

You can do "reverse look-ups" through whitepages.com and also consult the Williams Directory at the library. Either way, you can find listings by street arranged in numerical order - IF the resident(s) have a land line and their phone number is published.

The town's assessor database that is used for property taxes. Of course that woks only if the person you are looking for is the owner of the house not a renter. I think for reverse directory you have to pay a fee now on the internet.

You might also have some luck calling city hall. Massachusetts towns and cities are required to maintain voter lists that would include renters if they're registered to vote. You can buy a copy at city hall or I imagine they might give you info over the phone. We called it the "nosy book" when I was growing up because it listed ages and occupations of the adults in each household.
