Do you suggest craigslist or realtor? If realtor, can you recommend a good agent?

Have you thought about going the "FSBO" ("fizzbow" - For Sale By Owner) route? It'd save you a bundle in realtor commissions. Even before this scandalous "masseuse" murder case broke, craigslist always held sketchy connotations for me. Sure, on the one hand "everybody" consults it, but on the other hand "everybody" includes the bottom of society's barrel.

Have you interviewd several Real Estate agents to get an idea what to market your property for and also to determine if using an Agent is the right solution for you?
