Forclosure (Boston, Plymouth, Norfolk: bank owned, for sale, foreclosed)

Does anyone know of a reputable web site that show houses for sale through forclosure, bank owned, short sale or whatever. I'm not educated in all the terms. I am interested in south of Boston, Norfolk or Plymouth county. Any recomendations greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Hi Rita,

I'd recommend contacting a buyer's agent in that area who is familiar with navigating foreclosed properties or short sales. They can be tricky transactions. You can sometimes get very good values, but it's important to know what you're getting into to avoid costly problems down the road.
