My husband got a job in vernon VT
He is willing to travel about a half an hour to work. Can any one tell me what is good place to live. It looks like you could live in VT MA or NH so which one is the best and what town. I have 2 boys so school are important. I'm moving from CT so I am usted to high taxes and houses. I'm usted to snow and cold I lived in ct for 3o years.

Northfield, MA is adjacent to Vernon, VT. Pioneer Valley Regional School district is the school system your children would attend, with an option at the ninth grade level to attend Franklin County Technical school and learn a trade. It is my understanding, that children from Vernon, because of the close location to Pioneer Valley High School, are welcome to attend. There is also a reputable private school called Northfield Mount Hermon.
It is a nice, small town with quick, easy access to I-91. You can go to http://www.northfield.ma.us/ for more info on the town. Good luck.
