Default White Pond concord

I have heard varied things about White pond in concord. Can you swim in this pond...is it dog friendly...what is the neighborhood there like?

I grew on on Powder Mill Road. The area is a nice residential area and very low key. White's Pond is a private area and requires membership to visit and swim in the pond. I don't know if it's dog friendly. Walden Pond is free though.

There are some nearby nature trails off of Rt. 117 near Nine Acre Corners in Concord that many people take their dogs along with. I see many of them off leash with their owners.

Yeah, check out Walden Pond. Thorea lived there for awhile. The shoreline is very narrow, but it's a nice place to go on a summer day.
