Default relocating to North Shore...Middleton?Danvers?Ipswich?

I am relocating from south shore back closer to family in north shore. I am from Wakefield. I also have family in Middleton. I live in a townhouse now and plan to purchase on north as well. I am divorced with 2 little girls. One daughter will be going into third grade.

From the research I have done, Wakefield, Melrose, Reading are does not really have the townhouses I am looking for. Those towns were pretty well settled by the time condo's took off in 70's and 80's. They do have some but well into 300-400-500 range. My tops is 300K.

It seems Danvers, Middleton and Ipswich are towns that have townhouses in my price range and good school systems. Can anyone tell me about these towns and which they prefer and why?

I know Ipswich has 2 elementary schools? Any feedback?
I know Middleton has one and it is good.
Danvers has 5...any feedback?
