Default Commuter rail parking info

Looking for info on commuter rail parking lots...
If anyone can help need to know if they are resident only lots and if they are always full early??? any bits of info are appreciated..
... most of these lot availablity infor is not listed on the mbta website...

Lincoln
Weston Kendall Green
Auburndale

Littleton/495

Don't know about Littleton, but I don't believe the others are resident-only lots. Kendal Green is small and free, and I believe it is full pretty early. Lincoln is pretty small as well, but bigger than Kendall Green, and they charge a little bit, but I don't think it's limited to residents. Might also fill up early, I'm not sure. Auburndale, I know, has some street meters but not much else.
