Default building lot in Sandwich, MA

Is it possible to purchase a building lot in Sandwich for 100k or less that is near all conveniences such as shopping, medical, etc...

Highly unlikely but...... you might want to see if you can find anything in foreclosure. There are a few developments that have not progressed so perhaps there are some deals to be had. One in particular is selling lots for $285K. A house that was on the market for over a year in that development that started at 700K sold recently for 485K.
