Default Natick rental market
We are considering renting a property in Natick - 3 bedrooms, close to the Natick West train station. Does anyone know about the Natick rental market? Is there a lot of demand / inventory, is it a popular place to rent? What can I expect to pay for a 3 bedroom house inthis area? Searching around I haven't seen much listed.

Are you looking for a single family home only? I know of one walking distance to the train for $1950 - 3bd 2ba Cape, central air, hardwood floors, walk to train & elem school. Please feel free to PM me if you'd like more info.
