Temperature in June can vary. This June, it was raining non-stop and anywhere between 50 and 80. Some Junes it is 90 with high humidity.
I would guess that it will be humid and between 70 and 85, with cooler evening temperatures. There will definitely be mosquitoes.

I was at Look Park yesterday. The gazebo is small ~ don't see how 20 people could fit inside it (more like 10 max) ~ maybe they'd set up chairs outside the gazebo for you? It's lovely, though not particularly near the water. It's a pretty, woodsy setting.
The wedding chapel is right next to the water. It could seat about 50 or so people. It looks like a very nice place to hold a ceremony. The only odd thing is that there's a fireplace inside, and the chapel is an open-air venue. The fireplace looked a little odd to me.
Look Park is a private park, and admission is charged by the carload ($4-5), unless you have a purchased yearly membership sticker.
All in all, Look Park would be a scenic, beautiful place at which to get married if you are looking for an outdoor venue. Of course, you have to think about alternatives in case there is rain. . .
Good luck!

I just took my son there Tuesday - very nice place to have a wedding -they keep the grounds kept nice. There is a building located on the water( pond where they have paddle boats) - not really a gazebo - more of a 3 open sided shelter, its not painted just bare wood - not sure if they hold weddings. I do have another option for you - Stanley Park - its located in Westfield, MA - about a 1/2 hours drive south of Northampton - they hold weddings in front of a fountain in the rose garden. Congrats and good luck with your search
As for your question about the weather - not a easy question to answer with New England weather being so unpredictable - the best guess I could tell you is high 50's - mid 60's - nothing like your 100 +. Good Luck
