Question Finding a dual state buyers agent

Can anyone recommend how I could find a buyer's agent licensed in both MA and NH?

Please no discussion about which state is better.

I would recommend posting this question in the New Hampshire forum as well as MA

Unless the agent works along the border, there's no way they are going to have good local knowledge about the market, neighborhood, etc. Perhaps a chain agency with multiple offices??

Usually at least a few agents in agencies located in border towns will be licensed and do business in both. Just call a few and ask to speak with an agent that works in both NH and MA.

I can recommend one that works in the Chelmsford and is licensed in NH and often works in the greater Nashua area if you are interested. The border is pretty big, so that may not be the area you are looking for.

Although I don't know her personally, ValerieC has always seemed very knowledgeable and is licensed in both states. Give her a try first.
