Nice little town with great schools. Easy commute to Worcester and Metrowest (I commute to Marlborough from Webster, the next town down from Oxford). I have a coworker that grew up there and was very happy doing so.

I grew up in Oxford, left while in my 20's and returned back here in my 30's. It's a great, safe environment to raise children. The cities are close enough to commute to for work, but far enough away that it doesn't interfere with family life. Jogging, bike riding and soccer games in the fields are common to see. Neighbors watch out for each other, take care of their homes and show pride in ownership. Not much for nightlife unless you participate in the clubs and local organizations. The businesses close early and the streets pretty much roll up at night. Great for families, not so good for singles looking for excitement.
