Default Easton as a best place to live in the United States?

What do you think of Easton being named as the 37th best place to live in the United States in CNN/Money.com's Best Places to Live 2009? Do you agree? Disagree? Why? I'd be interested to hear your feedback. Thanks!

Here is the link for more info on this designation: Best Places to Live 2009 - Top 100: City details: Easton, MA - from MONEY Magazine

I would have thought there would be about ten thousand similar towns in this country.

agree with clevedark, lol.

There must be 50 other towns in MA with a similar profile along. To truly be a top town show me a place that has the best schools AND best services for the elderly AND for moderate income AND is an easy commute to Boston AND has low taxes AND had endless educational opportunities AND is pollution-free AND embraces mass transit (such as new commuter rail, wink-wink!).

At times I suspect that those "best places to live" lists are promotional tricks for developers. I rarely see towns listed that are completely developed, ie inner ring suburbs. But I don't really study all the lists so I could be wrong.

Of course, that doesn't mean that Easton isn't wonderful place to live. I'm sure it is.
