I'm not sure what the requirements are to receive items, but you can check out Cradles to Crayons (cradlestocrayons.org). They are based out Quincy and are always receiving donations. I'm just not sure where the donations go to! I always assumed shelters but they may look for random people in need. HTH.

You may want to check out freecycle.org for your area. I see a lot of child-protective things on there that people no longer need.
