Looking to rent my home in Wayland, MA
Hi all,
I'm brand new to this board, but wanted to ask a question... We're building a new home in Wayland, MA and want to rent our existing home. Does anyone know of a good agent to list it with? Thank you!

Can you tell me about your home? We are looking for a rental for my family, moving out this summer from California. What are you asking rent wise? Also, if you don't mind, what is it like living in Wayland for a teenager? Enough to do? Thanks.

Hello!
Sorry, I was out sick for a few days so I'm just getting to your post now. Wayland is wonderful. I've been living in this house for 2 years, but grew up the next town over in Natick. I love this area. It's close enough to everything ~ 20 mins from Boston, close to a great mall, our house is in between 2 lakes, both you can walk to. You can also walk about a mile to a grocery store, Starbucks, Einstein bagel and much more.

Most rental seem to be handle by Coldwell Banker as they have many relocation client for short term rental. Check out realtor.com; click on rental.
