Default Framingham Commute

How is parking at Framingham station? Does it fill up early? I noticed that there are only 166 spaces at the station. Do you have to be a resident to park there?

Thanks for your help.

Hi Harry, How was your visit here?

You don't have to be a resident to park there but the spaces do fill up quickly. If you're able to park in Ashland or Southboro you'll have a much easier time.

Ashland station is much newer and has a lot that is about 4x larger than Framingham. They have less trains stopping there though. Although the Framingham lot fills up quickly, there are a few public lots/garages within a few blocks that you can park at. Some also offer monthly passes if you're a regular commuter so you're guaranteed a spot.

Thanks for everyone's help. I'm here in the Boston area now. We think we have a home we want to make an offer on, and the closest station is Framingham. I'd be a regular commuter so I would probably get a monthly spot at one of the garages.

Default Framingham to Back Bay

Will you be driving or taking the train? Where in Framingham?

You aren't interested in buying in Ashland, are you? They just overwhelmingly rejected an override request last night and have never approved one in their history, which means deteriorating schools and town services.
