Default Teaching in or around Lynn

Hi, everyone,

I'm planning to move to the Salem area in the next year or so, and I'm trying to find information about teacher's salaries. I currently live in NYC, where salary information in the form of a schedule is posted on the union website, but I can't find anything like that for the Lyn or Salem or Danvers schools. Does anyone know about what teachers make, or what the link is to a salary schedule? I am a certified Special Education teacher, with my Master's in Education and I'll have 3 years experience.

Also, which school system in the area has the most need for Special Educators? I currently work with children who have severe emotional disturbances. Are there any that are just horrible to work for? Any that are really good in the area? As long as I can drive from Salem in under an hour, I'd consider any other city/town.

Thanks a lot!
