Can anyone tell me what the commute to North Andover from Bedford would be like? Would you take Rt 3 or 93 north? Any comments on Bedford as a community and the schools?

Bedford is very nice, you're going to really like that community. The schools were always great too, so you won't have to worry about that at all with that town. It's got a great reputation & always did thru the years. One of my cousins lives there, it's an extremely nice community. The reason why they moved there is because of the schools so that tells you that something must be right in what they're doing there!

From North Andover I myself would take the I93N toward Methuen/Salem NH to pick up 495-S and it's via exit 44B then take the Lowell Connector (**which is where the traffic is a LOT so time it, that's all, leave as early as you can in the morning).

This Lowell Connector is exit 35C-B-A toward US-3/Nashua NH/Burlington. So merge onto US3-S via exit 35A take the US-3-Burlington then take the Concord Road Exit 27 for Bedford. Driving it from the North Andover area is roughly 30 minutes where it's roughly a 22 mile ride. It's that Lowell Connector that you're going to have to get thru, there's always traffic there at certain times of the morning, but it moves most of the time.

Good luck!
