Default Special Education/Kids with disabilities
What kind of services are there on Maui for a child with Mental Retardation, Autism and Mental Helth Issues? Does Hawaii have IHSS services like California does? How is special ed there?

Just curios if anyone knows anything about this stuff? Any one dealt with Easter Seals or somthing along those lines? Are the services in the schools halfway decent?
