Hey everyone. I just wanted anyone's thoughts or opinions on this complex. Is it in a safe neighborhood? It's close to Charley Young Beach. Oh and I just called the Animal Quarantine office and all our paperwork is good to go. Yeah for direct release!

This complex is okay. You will see more rift-raft roaming around this part of town as Charley Young attracts them but overall, it is a decent complex. I would focus more on S Kihei, closer to Wailea side for more upscale living and N Kihei for older units.
