“Why is the media lying?”

Most of the media lies because their lips move.

Here's the rub. Trump ran on draining the swamp. He was elected because people are tired of the corruption. Did Trump drain the swamp? I think he created a bigger one full of graft and corruption. When your friend of 15 years Chris Christie writes in his book that "Trump is surrounded by amateurs, grifters, weaklings, felons and unindicted felons," maybe we the people should sit up and take notice.

Pointing a finger at Biden for being instrumental in removing a corrupt prosecutor that refused to implement a law that forced corruption into the light of day, and who needed to be removed is not the same as Ivanka going to China, and sitting in on sensitive meetings and receiving trademarks shortly after.
I'm sure we will hear crickets from team Trump on this. Corruption on steroids?
You can blame the media or you can look at facts.

This lie is beyond comprehension, the quote was made up.

How is that Americans think the elite are working for them?

How can they be so blind?

Direct quotes from the article:

"The evidence suggests Biden actually may have placed his son in legal danger by advocating for the prosecutor’s removal because he was widely accused of stymying anti-corruption efforts in Ukraine — replacing him could have led to further investigations into a company Hunter Biden had ties to"

"In the midst of these troubles, Hunter Biden accepted a Burisma board seat, and was paid for his trouble, sometimes as much as $50,000 per month. It is unclear what he did for the company. Burisma said at the time that Biden — a lawyer — would be “in charge of” a legal unit. Biden told the New York Times in May 2019 that this was incorrect: “At no time was I in charge of the company’s legal affairs.”

"Concern at the embassy mounted, and by 2016, officials there began suggesting the Obama administration push for the prosecutor general’s ouster. In particular, the embassy suggested that $1 billion in loan guarantees the country hoped to receive from the US in order to stay solvent should be tied to a tougher anti-corruption strategy that involved removing officials seen as blocking progress, namely Shokin."

"So in March 2016, Biden says he told the Ukrainian government that their loan guarantees would be cut off unless they removed Shokin."

"The former vice president said after the threat, “Well, son of a *****, he got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time.”

The right question is why is Trump lying? Because he has accused Joe Biden of getting a prosecutor fired in order to stop the investigation of his son. But Hunter was never under investigation. And the reason Joe wanted the prosecutor fired was that he was not doing his job; ie, investigating corruption.

I'm sorry. What quote was made up? Leschenko WAS an advisor to the Ukrainian President. He apparently DID make the statement that was quoted. He is no longer serving as an advisor to the president.

He said the quote wasn't his.

He also was not advisor at the time of the call.

Stop playing games, you know what the media is doing.

Do you really think they want to inform the public?

Admitting to be wrong is usual the reason why the media keeps adding to their lies.

You would be now think that after Stormy and porn lawyer, the media knows better but that means that they have to admit that they were wrong, and that is what they don’t want to admit.
