The Drudge Report has become unbearable to look at, constantly promoting exaggerated headlines daily to promote clicks. More and more lately, anti Trump headlines are pushed to the top.

It’s clear that Matt Drudge has turned negative on the president, what I wonder is if it is out of his own beliefs, or rather pressure from lawmakers or big tech that threaten to sensor everything related to politics. Drudge has become a huge deal over the years, anyone else notice a shift in patterns lately?

There's still a Drudge report?

Next thing you are going to tell me Newsmax and World Net Daily are still relevant in 2019.

Do you even know that all the Drudge report is is a collection of links to stories Drudge finds interesting that are published by hundreds of news outlets around the world. Matt rarely posts one of his original editorials.

The stories highlighted on his site are nothing more than a representation of the general media itself.

I've always thought it funny that lefties call Drudge a right wing site when it is just a collection of ALL news.

It even has links to news sites and well known editorial writers from all sides of the spectrum.

Now that you mention it ...

I kinda remember that.

From the last time I looked.

Around 2005.

Obviously I know this. He does post his own headlines hyperlinked to articles.

Why is Drudge anti-Trump?
Probably because he's not an idiot.

Next.

When did Drudge turn anti-Trump?

When he realized how corrupt Trump is.
