I've spent a great deal of time listening to the news lately, on how the candidates for President are doing and also on the economy.
This year, I've been feeling something, not so much dread nor anxiety or even fear....just a quiet nagging deep in the recesses of my mind that has steered me towards being prepared. It is almost similar to the 'nesting' instinct that women develop when it is almost time to give birth. Subtle, yet they instinctively know time is near.

Well, it was that time once again. I dreaded it more than going to the dentist, and guys, I HATE GOING TO THE DENTIST! ! !
I had only done this twice before and it was just as hard then as it looked like it was going to be this time.
I thought and thought about how to go about it this time, asking my dh what he thought, how he thought I should handle it. He said I needed proof, a simple statement of facts.

and Aiangel's Famous Sweet Tea...

I'm so tired, so dang sleepy. Night after night I watch the clock turn over to midnight or one. If I could just get in bed and go to sleep, I would feel much better the next day. But sleep eludes me and I am but a shell, staggering around during the day trying to wake up.
